I was just noticing that when Alex Kirilloff made his major league debut in the playoffs against Houston, he became the 19,900th player in major league history. So, the 100th player to debut in 2021 will be #20,000. Who's it going to be?

Mariners catcher, Jose Godoy, became the 20000th player to debut in MLB last night. He grounded out and walked in his two plate appearances.
Now that Negro League players are included in major league stats, it's already retroactively happened, so I'll guess Bob Watson.
