The 2011 Regular Season Is Complete.
Conratulations to our four division winners Homestead, Ladner, Havana, and Casper. Joining them in the postseason are Rochester, Charleston, Montpelier, and Tombstone. Playoff dates will be announced soon, with the finals to be held at the end of September.
Some Rule Changes Are Coming.
Look for some newpolicies on playoff teams, trading deadline, draft order, and an all-new anti-tanking rule. These rules will be implemented to allow and encourage more teams to play with maximum effort all season. Also, some clarity will be added to overuse rules, with pre-defined penalties.
Farewell to San Diego's Dale Olson.
One of PGB's original managers has retired after nine seasons. We wish Dale all the best in his post-Groundout life. Thanks Big Dog! Watch this space Friday for Dale's replacement manager!
Look for A New Gamer Routine in 2012.
We'll continue to have three sets each week, but separated out for each league, allowing six mangers to play every week. This should help keep everybody a little more engaged during the season. A new protocol will be set up, with a few modified settings. More details to come about this during the offseason.
